This is a sample menu. Dishes, wines, and specific items are subject to change as the kitchen and the cellar evolve through the seasons.

We print these prices so nobody has to ask, but almost every event we run gets tweaked one way or another. Dietary requirements, a wine swap, a plated main instead of the spread, an extra course for a board dinner. Tell us what you need and we will build it.

The Steam Quiz has been running for years and is the easy way to bring a team in for a proper Wednesday night. Take the drinks-only package, or build it out with food and drinks together.

A generous house selection from our core list. Two reds, two whites, a sparkling for the welcome drink, and a digestif at the close. The one most tables go for.

Premium

A step up with regional selections from France and Italy, sourced for food friendliness and proper character. More variety across the glasses, more distance travelled.

Deluxe

Featuring single estate choices and a couple of harder to find labels. The quiet favourite for the tables who care about the wine more than the price.

Ultimate

For the corporate table that wants to make an impression. Champagne on arrival, classed growth reds, vintage ports at the close. A proper afternoon.
